The final, crowning touch to your essay is your title. There is an art to coming up with an effective, catchy title. And, no, "My Essay" or "My Mom's Sushi" are not examples of ones.
Titles can use catchy quotes (some of you had great quotes in your native language that could have been used). They can be figurative. Notice, too, that often times, the titles don't reveal the exact dish; instead, they catch your attention and make you curious.
