Congratulations to the two teams who posted your plans. Everyone else, please post asap.
My first comment is to the "Renewable Resources" team and it is an important one:
Your research subtopics are great. But please remember: EACH PERSON must come up with a thesis and, following the 6 trait process, write an essay.
So the task list must be revised. Everyone, not just Janelle and Brittany does the essay. And everyone, not just Czarina and Isabelle must conduct the interview and visitation. Those two tasks are to help you (all of you) collect information for all of your research essays.
Other than that, the plans look great!

I will comment more later, but for now, please read the "Renewable Resources" comment as you guys need to revise your tasks in the same way they need to.
The interview and visitation are to be conducted by all team members.

Okay...I'm continuing my post to Shneika and her team:
1. Be sure that you have read the post to the resources and renewal team and have planned on your entire team participating in your interview and visitation. If you select the write sources and places, everyone should benefit from the information you gain there.
2. Then, although you have separated your topic into smaller areas, I think they may actually be too small for you to find sufficient information on which to base a thesis statement and research paper.
3. My advice is to try grouping your information into sub categories and use those as a basis for your thesis statements and research. For example:
a. alien plants and their effects
b. alien land animals and their effects
c. alien freshwater species etc
d. perhaps insect pests
e. possibly something on our local biodiversity and why it must be preserved/safeguarded
f. programs to protect local species and their effectiveness

Our main topic of which we're working on is Hula. The hawaiian dance.
Our team members are Kai, Jody, CJ, Kiyo, Jarrett, and I.
Each Person has the following jobs and lists to complete.
Kai's topic is Music and what tools were used to create different sound along with what the people danced too.
Jarrett's topic is what they wore to celebrate the dancing of Hula and the different flowers and what mood they set for the dance. Mood as in what each flowers mean.
CJ topic is ancient Hawaiian Hula Culture when the hawaiians devised he Hula Dance
Jody's topic is Hawaiian Hula Competition from the past and the present long with Keiki hula.
Kiyo 's topic is the Merry Monarch
My topic is Hula's rules and regulations. what were allowed and what was rejected.
