Man's inhumanity to man pertains to those who stand by and do nothing and commit heinous acts against one another. Those with the compassion to act and stand up for man are viewed as heroes. It's entirely in human nature to fly in the fight or flight instinct. Many people choose to fly because it's a survival mechanism.
In the situations where man does inflict misery upon man, then that's the point where other people should step in and act. Such as genocide, domestic violence, acts of cruelty, etc. It's our duty as a human to protect each other from ourselves.

3. In this situation, inhumanity is portrayed through domestic violence. It shows how anger can lead to such hate towards people causing to hurt the people you love. It is sad how her life is ended short because of other people's inhumanity. People living nearby heard cries and screams of help, but they thought it wasn't a big deal, and little did they know that she was being stabbed to death by her boyfriend. This shows that people tend to not care about what is happening in their surroundings.

The 2 guys 1 hammer is a viral video that shows 2 young men from Ukraine murdering another man in the forest using a hammer & metal rod. The video is really graphic & it really evokes hatred toward the two men & sympathy toward the victim. It wasn't only just this one man, but they killed about 20 other people in the same way.
This shows inhumanity to man because they had no heart or conscience when killing these innocent people. Many lives have been affected by these tragedies, like the families & friends of the victims.

Terrorism is a very big problem here. Especially in the case of OSama Bin Laden, where he was responsible of the 9-11 attack. The way people can be so heartless int he way they want to show their message is one of the black holes certain people grew up with in their hearts. He inflicted pain and sorrow throughout the United states.

In our world today, as human beings, we don't think before we act. Sometimes we are unaware of the things we say and the things we do and these are usually the factors that hurt the people around us. However, as for humanity, as individuals we have a degree of concern for others. Natural disasters and tragedies, such as the one that happened in Japan got the world's attention and brought everyone together. Organizations and efforts have been put in to help Japan get back up on their feet.
Inhumanity pertains to those who view themselves superior to others. These are the ones who cause much of the chaos and troubles that go on today. This includes wars, murder, etc. Even the simplest acts of inhumanity such as teasing can hurt others.

War is a good display of inhumanity. For instance, what is going on in Libya. It is human nature to have feelings towards death and other peoples well being, but in Libya, many people are dieing because heartless people are killing them.

Man's inhumanity to man is best defined as when humans treat each other with cruel actions, words, or violence. The phrase "man's inhumanity to man" reminds us of the fact that many people are cruel to each other and these acts of inhumanity cause nothing but more problems. Situations like these can be summed up in the saying "when you fight fire with fire, you create an even bigger fire". Inhumanity is displayed in this story:
A man in the Navy Reserve was arrested after he allegedly went to meet a woman to engage in sex with her and her 14-year-old daughter before reporting for duty.

This is an example of inhumanity because the man obviously did not respect the mother and the daughter. Although this story did not involve any violence or cruel words, it did display lack of respect and discipline, which is needed to show humanity.
Humanity on the other hand is the total opposite of inhumanity. When people display humanity, they show care, respect, compassion, empathy, etc. for others. An example would be in this story:
March of Dimes is holding yet another march for the babies! Many newborn babies are born premature leading to severe sickness or even death. The March of Dimes raises funds that support research that saves babies’ lives. When people march the two-mile walk during the event, they support the researchers, the families that experience these tragedies, and the lives of the babies.
This is a good example of humanity because it shows that people care for others. These people take the time to march and use money from their own pocket to save babies that might not even be apart of their families.

Man's inhumanity to man is the action in which a person acts unethically and unmorally to another. It is the neglect of one's inner conscience in a situation. Unfortunately, man's inhumanity to man is found in many places such as the case of 9-11, or the bullying of a young gay teenage boy.
(Isabelle)-I once knew a girl who took guitar lessons at the same music studio as me. She would always walk in with her mother, greeting me in the waiting room. I did not know her and her mother's name. We would just simply greet each other whenever our lessons took place. As I was waiting for my mom to pick me up, I noticed that the girl and her mother weren't there. When I came home, I heard the news of a military soldier who killed a mother and a daughter. I came to discover that the girl and mother that was killed was the same girl and mother that greeted me during our normal music classes. I was astonished at this discovery. I did not know how to react. All I really did was cry. The thing that hit me the most was that a soldier, a protector of our country, killed his girlfriend and his girlfriend's daughter by shooting them. I would never be able to build future relationships with two beautiful people that I hardly knew. I soon came to find out that the girl's name was Saundra, and her mother's name was Kristine. I had found out that Saundra was very talented in the performing arts. She was a young actress and musician. To know that such a man took away Saundra's and Kristine's chances, dreams, and futures was so heartbreaking for me. This is the article I had read after discovering the news.

Humanity is being kind and giving. People like the nonprofit organization of "Architecture for Humanity" are examples of humanity for they build and fix landmarks and buildings for others for no costs. The "Humanity in Action" organization trains students in protecting minorities and promoting human rights. This is an act of humanity because its creating a group of people that would protect the generations to come. We also have the "Stop Genocide Now" website which is an organization that raises money to help others who are suffering from genocide.
Inhumanity is the behavior of being cruel and ruthless to others. An example of inhumanity is genocide. Genocide is the act of killing a particular large group of people based on their ethnic background or their nation. An example is the Armenian genocide. In 1915, there was a mass killing of Armenians by the "turks" Millions were killed.
